Pick any car. You pay half to begin, we purchase it, and our half is repaid weekly with a 25% service charge on the full car price, all in a clear written agreement.
01 / 04
The agreed price of your car is split equally at purchase. You bring your half, we bring ours, and the car is bought straight from the showroom.
Our half is repaid in weekly installments, together with a service charge of 25% of the full vehicle price. Every figure is written into your contract before anything is bought.
The service charge
Your Choice charges a service charge of 25% of the total vehicle price, not just of one half. It is added to the amount we contribute, and the two are repaid together in weekly installments.
It is non-refundable and forms part of the total payable. The weekly amount is agreed with you for your car and written into your contract.
Example: a $5,000 car
An example only. Real amounts are agreed for each vehicle.

A simple arrangement between you and Your Choice, agreed by both sides and written down before any car is bought.
Tell us the make, model and showroom. The choice is yours, based on your preference and budget. We agree on the vehicle price together.
You contribute half of the agreed vehicle price. This is your share in the purchase.
Your Choice contributes the other half and pays the showroom or seller on your behalf. Once the purchase is complete, the car is delivered to you under the ownership and security arrangements in your agreement.
The amount Your Choice contributed, plus a service charge of 25% of the full vehicle price, is repaid in weekly installments. The installment size is agreed between both parties for each vehicle and recorded in a legal contract.
50% of the agreed vehicle price, paid at the start.
The other 50%, paid directly to the seller for your car.
Our share plus a service charge of 25% of the full vehicle price, paid in agreed weekly installments. You can pay more than the minimum and settle early, as your agreement allows.
Example: on a $5,000 car you pay $2,500 at the start and we pay $2,500. The service charge is 25% of $5,000, which is $1,250, so $3,750 is repaid weekly. Total cost to you: $6,250.
Each installment is due on the agreed day, through the agreed payment method.
A payment is only late if it has not arrived within 48 hours after the due date.
After 48 hours, a late charge (for example $20) is added to that week's installment.
Three late payments are a material default. Your Choice may end the agreement and repossess the car, subject to law.
Your agreement records your name and ID, the car's make, model, year and registration or VIN, the showroom, and the total vehicle purchase price.
You contribute 50% of the total price. Your Choice contributes the other 50% to the showroom or seller on your behalf. On top, you pay a service charge of 25% of the total vehicle price (for a $5,000 car, $1,250). It is non-refundable and part of the total payable. Once the showroom purchase is complete, the car may be delivered to you under the ownership and security terms. What Your Choice paid, plus the service charge, is repaid by you in weekly installments.
Paid weekly, through the agreed payment method, on or before the due date. The minimum is set for your car and scales with its price (for example $150 to $200 a week). You may pay more than the minimum and settle early.
An installment is late if it is not received within 48 hours after the due date. A late-payment charge (for example $20) is then added to that week's installment. A payment that never arrives stays late. Repeated late payments can lead to default under Section 05.
If you make three late payments during the installment period, you are in material default. Your Choice may end the agreement and repossess the car, subject to law. After repossession you have no right to possess or use the car, no ownership rights in it, and no claim over the money paid. Payments already made may be applied under the Company's recovery and security arrangements and applicable law. There is no automatic right to a refund.
During the installment period you may not sell, transfer, lease, gift, pledge, mortgage or otherwise dispose of the car without Your Choice's written authorization. An unauthorized sale or transfer is a material breach. The agreement sets a penalty of $50,000 for any unauthorized attempt, and Your Choice may take legal action. Once everything is paid in full, this restriction ends, subject to legal or registration requirements.
Make every weekly payment on time. Keep the car in good condition, insured and registered as the law requires. Do not sell, transfer, pledge or dispose of it during the installment period. Tell Your Choice if your contact details change, and cooperate in case of default, verification or repossession.
Your Choice has a financial interest in the car until the full amount is paid. Title and ownership follow local law. You have possession and use of the car, but not absolute ownership, until full payment.
The agreement is governed by applicable law. Your Choice may amend the terms with prior notice. If any term is found invalid, the rest remain in force. You bear all costs of default, recovery and legal action.
Amounts such as the weekly installment and the late charge are examples. They are agreed between both parties for each car and fixed in the signed contract, which is always the final word.
